With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, François is a seasoned professional renowned for his expertise in modern quantitative finance. His career started as a financial analyst for a Canadian equity fund for eight years. He became a strategist at a UK investment research firm. He then held the portfolio manager and sub-advisor roles for a Canadian ETF. In 2020, he founded Factor-Based Asset Management, overseeing all strategies and portfolios and managing portfolio management, risk oversight, and compliance. François pursued his academic studies at HEC Montreal. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).

With more than 12 years of experience in the financial services industry, Toni is a dedicated professional with outstanding analytical skills. His career commenced in banking, where he dedicated eight years to financial control and monitoring. Transitioning into investment research, he excelled in valuation, portfolio monitoring, financial modeling, and business plan development. In 2020, he became a financial analyst at Factor-Based Asset Management, assisting with equity research and portfolio management tasks. He pursued his academic studies at the American University of Beirut. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
